1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the ProxaAI platform available at proxaai.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ProxaAI is an AI-powered platform that provides astrological, numerological, and Prashna Kundali (horary astrology) predictions and insights. The service uses:

• Established open-source astronomical libraries (Swiss Ephemeris) for precise planetary calculations
• Vedic astrology tradition, the 27-Nakshatra system, Vimshottari Dasha timing, Prashna Kundali, Kaal Purush transits, Pythagorean/Chaldean numerology, and Eastern astrological cross-reference systems
• Multiple independent large language model AI engines (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) to interpret the computed data

The computed astrological data (planetary positions, house placements, dashas, etc.) uses real astronomical calculations. The AI-generated interpretation of this data reflects established astrological and numerological traditions.

3. Informational Purpose & Disclaimer

3.1 Nature of Predictions

Astrology and numerology are not scientifically validated disciplines. ProxaAI does not claim its predictions are scientifically accurate, factually certain, or guaranteed to reflect real-world outcomes. Predictions are generated based on traditional astrological and numerological frameworks combined with AI interpretation of those frameworks.

3.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes

You acknowledge that:

• No prediction, reading, or output generated by ProxaAI guarantees, predicts, or certifies any future event, outcome, or circumstance in your life
• Whether or not any generated prediction comes true or reflects reality is coincidental and not attributable to ProxaAI as fact
• You cannot rely solely on ProxaAI's output for any real-life decision including but not limited to relationships, career, health, investments, or legal matters
• ProxaAI expressly disclaims any liability for decisions made or actions taken based on its generated content

3.3 No Claims Against Generated Data

You agree that no legal claim, demand, or action may be made against ProxaAI, its operators, or its developers on the basis that any generated prediction, reading, or output was:

• True or false in practical life
• Proven correct or incorrect after the fact
• Detrimental to your health, finances, relationships, or wellbeing
• Contrary to or supportive of any other astrological opinion

4. Coin Wallet & Payments

4.1 Coin System

ProxaAI operates a prepaid coin wallet system. Coins are a virtual in-platform currency used to pay for AI prediction services. 1 coin is equivalent to ₹1 INR for pricing purposes only.

4.2 Recharge & Payments

Coin recharges are processed securely via Razorpay. By initiating a recharge, you authorise the corresponding INR debit from your payment method. All transactions are subject to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

4.3 No Refund Policy

ProxaAI does not offer refunds for:

• Unused coins remaining in your wallet
• Coins spent on predictions you did not find useful
• Accidental recharges (please double-check before confirming payment)
• Account bans or suspensions due to Terms violations

If you believe there has been a technical error (e.g., payment deducted but coins not credited, duplicate charge), please contact us within 7 days at support@proxaai.com. We will investigate and rectify confirmed technical issues at our discretion.

5. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use ProxaAI
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must provide accurate birth data for predictions to be meaningful
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from ProxaAI
• Misrepresent predictions as certified professional advice to third parties
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the coin wallet or payment system
• Impersonate another user or circumvent authentication

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, branding, and methodology are the intellectual property of ProxaAI. The AI-generated content delivered to you as your personal prediction is provided for your personal use only. You may not publicly distribute, sell, or commercialise predictions generated on your behalf.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProxaAI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on predictions or content generated by the platform
• Service interruptions, bugs, or data loss
• Any decisions made based on ProxaAI content

ProxaAI's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid for coins in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will display the "Effective Date" above when terms are updated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
