Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
ProxaAI offers a prepaid coin wallet system. Users purchase virtual coins which are then spent to access AI-powered astrological and numerological prediction services. This document describes our policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and dispute resolution.
2. No Refund Policy for Coin Purchases
All coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is confirmed and coins are credited to your wallet, the transaction cannot be reversed.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Coins that remain unused in your wallet
- Coins spent on predictions, readings, or follow-up questions
- Dissatisfaction with an AI-generated prediction or reading
- Accidental or unintended recharge purchases
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Use violations
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to read or understand what the service provides before purchase
We strongly recommend purchasing a smaller coin package first to evaluate the service before committing to a larger recharge.
3. Delivery of Digital Goods
ProxaAI sells digital goods only. Upon successful payment:
- Coins are credited instantly to your wallet, typically within 10 seconds of payment confirmation
- No physical delivery is required or provided
- Coins are available immediately for use within the platform
If coins are not credited within 5 minutes of a successful payment, please contact us with your Razorpay Order ID or Payment ID at support@proxaai.com.
4. Technical Errors & Disputes
We will investigate and resolve the following technical issues at our discretion:
- Duplicate charge: If your payment method was charged more than once for the same order
- Non-delivery: Payment was successfully deducted by your bank/UPI but coins were not credited to your wallet
- Incorrect amount: You were charged an amount different from what was displayed at checkout
To report a technical issue, email support@proxaai.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction. Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Razorpay Order ID or Payment ID (visible in your payment confirmation)
- Screenshot of the issue (if applicable)
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Confirmed technical errors will be rectified by crediting the correct amount of coins or, where applicable, issuing a refund through the original payment method.
5. Subscription / Auto-renewal
ProxaAI does not offer any subscription plans or auto-renewal billing. Every coin purchase is a one-time, on-demand transaction initiated explicitly by you. You will never be automatically charged.
6. Cancellation of Service
You may stop using ProxaAI at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Any remaining coins in your wallet at the time you stop using the service are forfeited and non-refundable, as outlined in Section 2.
To request account deletion (which will also remove your wallet balance), contact support@proxaai.com.
