This Privacy Policy explains how ProxaAI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website and services at proxaai.com.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Authentication Data

When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive and store:

Your Google account name and profile picture (display only)
Your Google email address (used as your account identifier)
A unique Firebase User ID (UID) assigned to your account

We do not store your Google password. Authentication is handled entirely by Google and Firebase Authentication.

1.2 Birth & Personal Data for Predictions

To generate astrological and numerological readings, you voluntarily provide:

Date, time, and place of birth
Full name (used for numerological calculations only)
Free-form questions submitted to the AI

This data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore under your UID and is used solely to generate and display predictions.

1.3 Wallet & Payment Data

We store your coin wallet balance and transaction ledger (credits/debits) in Firestore. Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. We receive a payment confirmation and order ID from Razorpay after successful payment.

1.4 Usage & Technical Data

We collect standard server and application logs including:

IP address and browser/device type
Pages visited and features used
Timestamps of key actions (sign-in, prediction requests)
Error and diagnostic information

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account
To compute and deliver personalised astrological and numerological predictions
To manage your coin wallet and process recharges
To display your prediction history and Kundali profiles
To detect fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access
To improve our AI models and platform performance
To respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

ProxaAI integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Google Firebase / Firestore — Authentication, database, and hosting
Razorpay — Payment processing (Razorpay Privacy Policy)
OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude — AI inference for generating predictions. Your birth and question data is transmitted to these providers to generate responses. These providers do not link your data to a personal profile.
Google Cloud Run — Backend hosting and compute

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and prediction history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at support@proxaai.com. Wallet transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and financial compliance.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to remember your language preference. Firebase Authentication uses browser storage to maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Security

We protect your data using:

Firebase Security Rules restricting data access to the authenticated owner
HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
HMAC-SHA256 signature verification for all payment webhooks
Rate limiting and server-side input validation

No system is 100% secure. If you discover a security issue, please report it to support@proxaai.com.

7. Children's Privacy

ProxaAI is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us for immediate deletion.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Withdraw consent for data processing (note: this may limit functionality)
